Caliber’s approach to Covid-19 Pandemic

Caliber Tech Solutions has taken pro active steps in the month of March 2020 even before the lock down in India was announced. We prepared our infrastructure for work from home for some of our key employees to ensure project deliveries to protect the stakeholders from schedule delays and other uncertainties.

Caliber Team is working from office now after the Government of India has allowed the Business Establishments to work from office. However, keeping in mind the safety of our Employees and partners.

We must follow the guidelines from the WHO and the Government on maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, sanitizing the work place and regularly washing hands with soap. This is what we are strictly following in Caliber by shifting the work stations to maintain 6 feet distance, sanitizing the work place daily with spray dispensers, keeping a check on temperature of each employee at the entrance, Masks to be taken off only while drinking and eating, Says Mr Suvro Ghosh, the managing director of Caliber Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Practice Resilience

When the time is tough, in this case it is tough worldwide, we practice and train our employees to practice resilience. On a daily basis we check the status of each project, client coordination, coordination between teams working from home and working from office to avoid communication gaps to handle the projects.

Training the employees to cope with this situation has been a very important aspect to ensure our team is resilient during Covid-19 pandemic. Nobody has ever worked with such restricted environment and psychologically also this time proved to be very challenging with everyone in our team and their families. Here we introduced training and processes in our new Covid-19 work culture. We issued these training and distributed to all team members via written material, phone calls, group video calls and one to one sessions in some cases.

we are hoping that this situation settles down soon and once it ends we realise ourselves coming back as better individuals who are more resilient and better prepared for future and the challenges it holds.
